I needed a replacement mirror for my older Chevy, i was starting to think I wasn’t going to find one anywhere. Most places were either out of stock or had some crazy long delay. 1A Auto had it in stock, and it was really easy to find on the site. Happy with how it worked out, especially since it saved me a lot of running around. That’s exactly what you hope for, right?

I ordered a couple parts from 1A Auto, the price was way better than what my local store wanted. The parts fit just fine, and I didn’t feel like I got overcharged or anything. For what I paid, it was a solid deal. I’d definitely use them again

I ordered a set of front brake parts from 1A AUTO for my old Silverado, and they went on easier than I expected. Everything fit the way it should, so there was no trimming, forcing parts into place, or messing around trying to make things line up.

I have been driving with them for about 8 months now, mostly normal highway driving with some rough back roads mixed in. So far there are no squeaks, no shaking, and when I checked them last weekend they still looked clean.
The price was fair too, which was why I was a little unsure at first. I was worried they might feel cheap, but they have held up well so far. I would buy from them again.

I was a little worried the return would be a hassle, but 1A Auto sent the label over quickly and my refund showed up a few days later. So the return itself was smooth, even though I was disappointed it didn’t work out.

I ordered a couple of parts from 1aauto.com and, i was just hoping they’d send the correct ones because that apparently feels like too much to ask sometimes. But to their credit, everything showed up exactly as listed in my order, with no wrong-side part and no random missing little pieces.
The fit was good, and the packing slip matched what I picked online. It was nice not having to politely chase someone down over email or deal with returning a box of stuff that should’ve been right in the first place. I’d order from them again

Sometimes the filters didn’t narrow things down the way I expected, which meant I had to keep checking details instead of feeling totally confident right away.

Pages loaded fine, but jumping back and forth between items got kind of tiring after a while. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d like when I’m trying to make sure I’m ordering the right thing. I’d probably use it again, but I’d give myself extra time and double-check everything before checking out.
